Claudly Borejon is our operations manager. One of her jobs is to check in with clients from time to time and ask them how our team is doing. She takes the good with the bad to improve our quality of output, workplace morale, client sat, workers' skills, etc. Just today, a client sent us feedback about his MV project manager Marie Salamanca and our creative writer Mike Aquino. She is a true asset to your team. She is prompt and gets things done when she says they will be done, she “gets it”, and she really drives projects to completion. I wish my search engine marketing firm would have someone like Marie driving my campaigns. I’m also very happy with Mike Aquino. Whenever I need a script written or a creative resource on a project I ask for him. He’s amazing. Just outstanding work. I can’t say enough about these two. And not only do they just get everything done and very well, but they are a pleasure to speak with. Never do they speak down or get upset when I come up with new ideas, but they do give me their opinion respectfully when they feel strongly about something. I’ve worked with the top agencies in the US and they could learn something from these two.
